So, uh, remember the last time I got pissed at my Social Psych class for bashing video games?

Yeah, um.  I kind of did it again.

( I didn't throw anything at the screen during class today, and I count that as a victory. )

Let me be clear: I don't like Katy Perry. I hate that a song as catchy as "I Kissed A Girl" is so offensive. I hate that she's essentially a one-trick pony.

But.

This promo machinima video for the latest Sims expansion? The one where she sings in Simlish? SO GODDAMN CUTE.

What?  You don't know what Spore is?  For shame!  Ok then, here you go.  Or, for a more verbal explanation...

The bad news?  It comes out after summer.  My laptop will NEVER be able to run Spore; it can barely handle Sims 2.  If I were at home, I could just steal our desktop for hours a day, but now I'll have to wait 'til Christmas.  ( Read more... )
